If available, a medical report including your medical history, the nature of your medical condition, your local doctor's opinion or results of any diagnosis you might have, could be submitted to help our surgeons assess your condition.

Your patient coordinator will find best hospital for your treatment in Turkey, and help to answer your entire question by email or phone. We require an initial deposit for you treatment before you arrived. Our contracted hospitals and surgeons speak fluent English and an English speaker patient coordinator will be present during the treatment for translation where it might be needed.

Based on your doctor recommendation, your patient coordinator will provide you with a treatment plan and cost estimate. Your total cost will depend on your choice of the following:

Return Flights : You can book your direct flights from your country to Turkey. Once you inform us your flight details, your patient coordinator at Healthcaretour will welcome you at the airport and assist to hotel and hospital.

Accomadation : We can arrange your accommodation at a 3-star, 4-star or 5-star hotel or a serviced apartment near where your treatment is. Most of our surgical procedures will require overnight stay. You may benefit from Healthcaretour favorable hotel rates.

Guided Tours : After your medical treatment, if you decide to extend your stay in Turkey, Healthcaretour can offer guided sightseeing tours around the city of your choice.

Travel Booking : Once you are ready to go ahead with the suggested treatment plan and decide on your customized travel package, you will be required to confirm your medical travel by making an initial deposit via credit card, debit card, bank transfer. We then finalize the booking and reserve your place for treatment. Your patient coordinator will send you a detailed itinerary.

Arrival : After you arrive at the destination of your treatment, your patient coordinator will welcome you at the airport and accompany you until you fully recover and are ready to return home.

Check up and Return : We perform check-ups immediately after the surgery or treatment, provide you with your initial medication and monitor your recovery process. Depending on the extensiveness of your treatment, you may choose to take a sightseeing tour of the city. Once your doctor confirms that your recovery is sufficient for your release, you may return home or choose to extend your stay in Turkey.
